Goals for Week of Aug 25th
As mentioned in my post yesterday, this week is a down week for total mileage. My goal is to get a total of around 50 miles, a 5 x 1600m track workout (6:20 - 6:25 each), and a 20 miler.

Easy: 3 Miles to DMV
Moderate: 6.5 Miles around the Presidio
This Week's Goals
Easy: 6.5 Miles, up Glen Park Canyon
Long/Easy: 15.5 Miles in/near Marina Green
Easy: 5 Miles in the Presidio
Tempo: 4 x 1600m Cruise Intervals
Moderate: 7 Miles Crossing the Bridge
Easy/Recovery: 4 Miles in Golden Gate Park
